The predicted salary is between 63665 - 70887 £ per year.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated clinician to join our integrated First Contact Practitioner (FCP) and Advanced Practice team across Barnet and Enfield. This is a developmental role, offering appointment as a trainee at Band 7 with a clear, supported pathway to Band 8a on completion of advanced practice and FCP competencies. Applicants who already meet Band 8a criteria will be appointed at Band 8a, with continued expectation to complete and evidence required competencies within our framework.

Our well-established model is fully integrated across primary and secondary care, with clinicians working across settings and building strong relationships with orthopaedic consultants and wider MDTs. This provides an excellent environment for developing advanced clinical skills and system-wide working.

The postholder will benefit from strong clinical leadership, working alongside our Advanced Practice Lead and FCP Lead, with access to supervision, mentorship, and structured development.
