An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader (Housing & Anti-Social Behaviour) in the Housing Management Team within Housing Services. The general post responsibilities are outlined in the job description. As part of the management team, the post holder will be directly responsible for the day-to-day management of the Housing Management Team and will have specific responsibility for the management of the following functions/activities:

  • Anti-Social Behaviour and housing management activities
  • Providing advice and information to complainants
  • Liaising with Legal Services and Police Scotland regarding enforcement and legal proceedings
  • Liaising with Council services, Police Scotland and other external agencies
  • Reviewing operating procedures and contributing to ongoing policy review and service development
  • Reviewing referrals and signposting to other agencies and participating as an operational link in contract management arrangements for housing support provision
  • Carrying out case management audits, checks and monitoring performance within the team to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with Regulatory requirements
  • Assisting with the completion of statutory returns and collating information for Freedom of Information Requests (FOI's), Subject Access Requests (SRA's), returns to the Scottish Government, Scotland's Housing Network and the Scottish Housing Regulator
