Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care is seeking an experienced Business Support Lead to own and optimise our rostering and People systems. You will act as the main point of contact for our rostering platform, working with the People Systems Lead, Intelligent Workplace Manager, suppliers and the People team.
You will develop a network of Allocate Super Users, create practical training materials, and drive improvements through changes and automation while ensuring compliance and reliability.
