  • Maternity cover - fixed-term contract up to 12 months
  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and compound seasoning samples, including some cooking and handling of meat and poultry ingredients where required.

Apply seasonings to relevant product bases and prepare samples for research, shelf-life testing, and other business needs.

Prepare and dispatch samples to customers globally, ensuring country-specific customs requirements are met.

Maintain laboratory stock of raw materials, experimental materials, and product bases, ensuring appropriate stock levels, FIFO rotation, and shelf-life compliance.

Set up and support internal tasting panels for flavour evaluation of raw materials, finished products, and trial samples, including maintaining tasting records.

Maintain R&D/PPI reference samples in line with the Gold Standard Programme.

Use existing laboratory systems to maintain accurate data and traceability of raw materials and finished products.
