Our client, a leading automotive service centre, is seeking a skilled and motivated MOT Tester to join their busy workshop in Aylesbury. Duties:
- Conducting MOT tests in line with manufacturer and industry standards
- Performing vehicle health checks and reporting on necessary repairs
- Carrying out routine vehicle services and minor repairs
- Inspecting lights, tyres, electrical, and mechanical components
- Completing detailed and accurate paperwork in line with dealership procedures
- Supporting vehicle prep and accessory fittings as requested by customers
- Taking vehicles for road tests to verify repair quality
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent industry experience
- Valid MOT licence and full UK driving licence
- Proven experience in vehicle inspections, testing, and basic repairs
- Self-motivated, supportive team player with a keen eye for detail
