What you’ll do
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen, utensils and equipment.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic preparation and general kitchen duties.
- Ensure dishes, pots and equipment are washed efficiently and returned to the appropriate areas.
- Dispose of waste safely and correctly, following site procedures.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report any shortages or requirements to the appropriate person.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations at all times.
