Are you a practical, organised and safety‑focused technician with a passion for supporting learners to achieve their best? We are looking for an Instructor - Construction & Building Services to join our team and play a vital role in supporting high‑quality practical teaching and learning across our Construction provision. This is an exciting opportunity to work in well‑equipped workshops, supporting staff and students across a range of levels and helping learners develop the skills they need for successful careers in the construction industry.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Manage the workshops through liaison with the lecturer and Curriculum Manager to ensure they are equipped and ready for planned practical sessions.
  • Support students in the workshops and whilst on self-directed study, both in the presence and absence of the tutor.
  • Provide a clean, tidy welcoming learning environment for Construction & Building Services learners.
  • Ensure that students are abiding by the College Code of Conduct and their behaviour is appropriate.
