Buckinghamshire College is seeking to recruit a highly organised, customer focussed individual who is passionate about apprenticeships to join their team and support the growth of their Apprenticeship programmes. We are excited to expand our Apprenticeship team and are looking for a dynamic individual to join us in this pivotal role.

In this role, you will manage a caseload of apprentices, fostering strong relationships with both employers and apprentices. You will conduct reviews and ensure that training is completed successfully for End Point Assessments. Your strong work ethic and wide experience will be crucial in shaping and supporting our apprentices' journeys whilst ensuring our employers receive the best training service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new employers and apprentices, providing information, advice, draft plans, and support for apprenticeship funds, ensuring a smooth start to the programmes.
  • Develop positive relationships with employers, keep them updated on their apprentice's training, and address any concerns to ensure a high satisfaction rate.
  • Develop action plans with employers and apprentices, set targets, and motivate apprentices to achieve their apprenticeship and advance their careers and track performance.
  • Carry out tri-partite reviews with employers and their apprentices.
  • Deliver the Professional Development/WISPA group tutorials and teach the students content which is of benefit from a meaningful programme.
  • Effectively communicate with employers, apprentices, staff, parents and students.
