A nutrition/dietetics specialist is sought to work autonomously within GP practices, managing a clinical caseload of dietetic patients in primary care. You’ll assess and manage pre-diabetes, diabetes, weight issues, malnutrition and related conditions, delivering care plans that align with patient goals and evidence-based guidelines.

You will join the Primary Care Network team, collaborating with GPs, nurses and pharmacists to optimise access to dietetic care, and participate in MDT meetings.
