Our broad remit means we play a major role in people's day-to-day life, from the food we eat, and the air we breathe, to the water we drink.

Digital, Data, Technology and Security (DDTS) is the trusted team for digital across the entire Defra Group. We have around 1000 colleagues across DDTS and our ambition is to make it easier and faster than ever for people to interact with Defra. If you are ready to drive innovation and push boundaries, we want to hear from you. Join us and together we will create a great place for living, and a green and healthy future for all.

Join our End User Services team and help improve the technology experience for colleagues across Defra. This role offers a unique opportunity to support Assistive Technology services while contributing to service improvements that make everyday technology easier to access, use and support. You will work with users, suppliers and service teams to understand needs, solve problems and identify opportunities to improve services.

You will help ensure colleagues can access the tools and support they need to work effectively, while helping shape improvements that benefit users across the organisation. This is a varied role that combines service delivery, user experience, accessibility and product management. You will support improvement initiatives, explore opportunities for automation and simplification, and help turn user insight into practical changes that improve outcomes for colleagues.

It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and making services better. You'll gain valuable experience across digital services, accessibility, service improvement and product management while delivering work that has a visible impact on users.
