The predicted salary is between 11.7 - 14.3 Β£ per hour.

We're looking for a highly organised administrator based in Thanet with excellent Microsoft Outlook skills to support a short-term Temporary project reorganising a Directors email inboxes. You'll create a logical folder structure, organise and archive emails, implement Outlook rules and categories, identify important follow-ups, and help build a sustainable email management system that will be used long-term.

You'll need:

  • Previous administrative, PA or Executive Assistant experience
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced administrator or Executive Assistant between roles, returning to work, or looking for a focused project with a lasting impact. The hours of work are 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday however there can be flexibility.
