We are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join the upcoming team.
Working alongside an experienced Site Manager and Contracts Manager, you'll become an integral part of a team focused on delivering a development built to exceptional standards, with quality at the heart of everything they do.
You'll benefit from working with an excellent supply chain of subcontractors, allowing you to focus on learning, developing your management skills and helping deliver a site the business hopes will achieve industry recognition for quality.
Your responsibilities will include
- Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development.
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring programmes are maintained.
- Monitoring build quality and ensuring NHBC standards are achieved throughout.
- Promoting excellent health and safety standards across the site.
- Carrying out inspections and assisting with plot quality.
- Helping maintain a positive, organised site environment.
- Developing your skills with genuine support towards becoming a No.1 Site Manager.
