We are recruiting for an Assistant Maintenance Manager for one of the coolest hotels in Hoxton!

We are looking for an Assistant Maintenance Manager who will
- Support the Chief Engineer in delivering departmental objectives, budgets, and operational priorities.
- Oversee daily Engineering operations, ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely, effectively, and to agreed standards.
- Assist in the management and delivery of the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, outstanding work orders, and departmental performance, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiencies, reduce downtime, and improve service delivery.
- Ensure all hotel assets are maintained in excellent condition, protecting the long‑term value of the property.
