Key Responsibilities
- Undertake a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious legal work.
- Provide legal advice, guidance, and support to clients, managers, and stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, agreements, reports, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical advice on legislation, case law, and policy matters.
- Represent the organisation in tribunals, hearings, meetings, and negotiations where appropriate.
- Assist with managing litigation and dispute resolution matters.
