As the friendly face of the 399 guest bedrooms, 7 Meeting and Events spaces, and Atrio Restaurant and Bar at the stylish Park Plaza County Hall London Hotel, ideally located just south of Westminster Bridge overlooking the River Thames with spectacular views across London.

The key role for you as our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager includes:

  • Leading by example and showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.

We are looking for our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, who:

  • Assists in managing day-to-day operations of the breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service
  • Ensures smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
  • Monitors inventory and orders supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Handles guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
  • Upholds health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Assists with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets
  • Has previous experience as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
