Duties of a Assistant Aftersales Manager:
- Oversee the daily operations of the aftersales department to ensure smooth workflow
- Support and manage Service Advisors to deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Achieve and maintain departmental targets related to profitability and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturer contacts
- Monitor service processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Allocate resources effectively and assist with workload management
