Our client is looking for a reliable and hands‑on Warehouse Operative to support their warehouse and production operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining warehouse duties, forklift operation and local deliveries.

Key responsibilities would be
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift to load, unload and move stock safely.
- Picking, packing and preparing materials for production.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Moving stock from warehouse racking and transporting materials around site.
- Completing local deliveries and collections using a Luton van.
- Delivering work to local subcontractors and collecting completed work.
- Assisting with warehouse organisation and stock movements.
- Supporting general warehouse and production activities as required.
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety and housekeeping.
Experience and skills required
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
- Be over 25 due to vehicle insurance.
- Experience working within a warehouse, manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavier items safely.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed.
- Reach Truck experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
