General Operative - Cleaning & Car Park Marshalling
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Facilities Duties
- Clean and sanitise public areas including entrances, toilets, walkways, and food court zones.
- Empty bins regularly and ensure waste areas are kept tidy and hygienic.
- Restock cleaning supplies in restrooms and ensure dispensers are functional.
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to health & safety regulations and COSHH guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the site.
Car Park Marshalling Duties
- Monitor and guide vehicle flow to ensure safe and efficient parking.
- Assist visitors with directions and general enquiries related to parking.
- Report any incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity to site management.
- Ensure designated parking areas are kept clear and accessible.
- Support traffic control during peak times and special events.
- Maintain visibility and professionalism while representing the site.
Candidate Requirements
