You will help care for Royal Berkshires gardens and grounds, ensuring they remain a welcoming and memorable environment for guests throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities
- To work individually and as part of a team to ensure that expectations are exceeded at all times in all areas of the gardens.
- Help ensure that the car parks, driveways and entrances are immaculate at all times especially during icy weather, leaf dropping and such.
- Help to undertake seasonal work; hedge cutting, trees, shrubs, roses, trimming etc.
- To perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
To be aware of and comply with safe working practices as laid down under the Health and Safety Act as applicable to your place of work.
This will include your awareness of any specific hazards at your work place.
- To report any defects in the building, plant or equipment according to hotel procedure.
Person Specification
- Level 2 Horticulture or Landscape Level 2 or above ideal
- Skills & Experience Required Practical and Theoretical Horticultural skills
- Good communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
