We're looking for an experienced

Assistant Outlet Manager to support the day-to-day operation of our Restaurant, Bar and Conference & Events outlets.

You’ll lead by example, inspire your team and help deliver flawless service across every part of the Food & Beverage operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front, delivering exceptional service across the Restaurant, Bar and Conference & Events outlets.
  • Ensure guest expectations are consistently exceeded across every service.
  • Proactively manage your time to support all Food & Beverage outlets as business demands.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments.
  • Respond proactively to guest feedback and coach the team accordingly.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Carry out Duty Manager shifts when required.

Person Specification

  • Previous supervisory experience within a 4-star or luxury hotel environment desirable.
  • Strong fine dining restaurant and beverage service experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive and self-motivated.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
