Landmarc Support Services is looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at Warcop Camp. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the UK Armed Forces, ensuring training facilities are clean, safe, and ready for use. From maintaining accommodation blocks to supporting grounds upkeep, your work will directly contribute to the effectiveness of military training. Hours: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 - 16:00 (08:00 - 15:30 Fridays)

Landmarc provides the essential support services that enable Armed Forces to train for frontline operations across the UK Defence Training Estate. We maintain safe, sustainable infrastructure, operate training areas and ranges, and deliver major projects that enhance vital military training assets. What You’ll Do:
- Ensuring cleanliness across site facilities
- Cleaning accommodation blocks, offices, and communal areas
- Supporting basic building maintenance and upkeep
- Assisting with grounds maintenance tasks
- Managing and replenishing cleaning supplies and stock
- Completing basic records and documentation (paper and digital)
- Providing flexible support across the site as needed
- Carry out any other additional requirements as needed
Secondary Duties:
Looking after the camp's general maintenance and cleanliness. This is known as a Site Operative at Landmarc Support Services.

- A reliable and proactive approach to work
- Basic knowledge of cleaning, housekeeping or caretaking
- Understanding of Health & Safety practices
- Basic IT skills (e.g. using a tablet)
- Full UK driving licence (essential) due to the rural location
