What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of a multi-skilled anaesthetic team delivering safe, high-quality care across a range of surgical specialties, including:

  • Head & Neck
  • Obstetrics & Gynaecology
  • General Surgery
  • Urology
  • Vascular

You’ll will be

  • Responsible for assisting in the preparation and delivery of anaesthetic procedures for patients undergoing surgery.
  • Supporting the team to prepare a wide range of specialist equipment and drugs, including anaesthetic machines, intravenous equipment and devices that safely secure the patient’s airway during anesthesia.
  • Responsible for monitoring patients throughout the anaesthetic process.
  • Responding quickly to any changes or complications that may arise.
  • What You’ll Need
  • HCPC or NMC Registration (RGN/ODP)
  • Minimum of 6 months UK based Operating Theatre experience
  • Right to work in the UK (No visa sponsorship is available for this role)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate Life Support (ILS) / Paediatric ILS
  • Mentoring or teaching qualification
