Main Duties

  • Providing support in people's homes and in the community
  • Supporting individuals to access community opportunities, including social activities and outings
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and routines
  • Building positive, trusting relationships
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Following care and support plans
  • Maintaining accurate records

We are looking for someone who

  • Is caring, patient, and compassionate
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Is flexible and reliable
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required), including business-use insurance

Experience

Experience in care or support work is welcome but not essential as full training will be provided.

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.45 to £13.90, depending on the task
  • Flexible working hours, 16 hours up to 40 hours
  • Paid training and induction
  • Mileage allowance of 45p per mile
