We're looking for an exceptional SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to join our Support for Learning team and help shape the futures of young people. We are looking for a passionate and committed SEND professional with relevant qualifications or experience. The ideal candidate will be organised, resilient and learner-centred, able to build strong relationships, support colleagues, promote inclusive practice, while maintaining a strong belief that every learner can succeed.

As a SENCO, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate support for learners with SEND and EHCPs
  • Work closely with curriculum teams
  • Support staff to implement high-quality adaptations and reasonable adjustments
  • Collaborate with families, local authorities and external agencies
  • Monitor learner progress, attendance, achievement and destinations
  • Champion a culture where inclusion is everyone's responsibility
