(With an additional £0.40/mile when using personal vehicle for duty)

Hours required: Minimum of 37.5 hours per week for full-time / 20 hours for staff that are on Tier 2 visa

Hours of work: Monday – Sunday: 07:00 – 22:00. Night shifts may also be required, depending on service needs.

Places of work: Sale, Stretford, Timperley, Bowdon, Partington, Old Trafford, Hale.

  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Providing our clients with emotional and physical support, monitoring clients health, assisting with personal hygiene including showering, bathing, dental hygiene, dressing, oral care, skin care, catheter & stoma care.
  • Preparing and supporting client with meals.
  • Administering medication as prescribed and monitoring for any side effects.
  • Collecting medication from the pharmacy.
  • Assisting with light housekeeping duties such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Assisting clients with transfers and mobilising around their property safely, using the equipment provided.
  • Assisting clients with shopping if required.
  • Documenting clear and accurate notes on service users progress and tasks undertaken on each call.
  • Liaise with GPs and other health professionals to ensure that service users receive the medical and clinical support they require.
  • Ensure the ongoing safety of service users through assessments, monitoring and reviewing processes.
  • Promote and maintain service user’s dignity.
  • Complying with company policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with duties/tasks the office may provide.
  • Reporting any client/staff concerns to management.
