We are seeking to recruit Agricultural Workers for our Hernhill Nursery site in Kent, ME13 9EJ.

The work will be offered on a seasonal contract;

Training will be given in all tasks including (but not be limited to)

  • Strawberry picking
  • Weeding
  • Planting

The work is manual and physically demanding, although suitable for both men and women.

The work will be mostly outdoor.

The strawberry plants are picked at 1.6 metres above the ground.

As temperatures can be high, the work may start in the early morning, often from sunrise (5am) and finishing around 1pm.

The work is paid at £12.71 per hour however, we also offer an attractive, picking target related, bonus scheme.
