The role involves travel between two crisis centres and operates on a 0‑hour/retainer arrangement with shifts spanning 9am–5pm weekends and other unsocial hours.
Salary is paid as retainer per 8‑hour shift (£30.56 or £40.24) with an attendance allowance (£16.01/hour for a minimum of 3 hours per case).
