Our well-known clients are seeking a full-time Administration Assistant. The successful Administration Assistant will be office based and working within a team Monday to Friday.
Administration Assistant responsibilities to include:
- Daily inputting of timesheets onto Key2 system
- Keeping leave & sickness spreadsheets up-to-date
- Entering new employees onto Key2 system
- Inputting supplier invoices & payment of supplier invoices
- Arranging for new suppliers to be set up with Head Office
- Raising jobs for workshops & raising R2C numbers for SHB vehicles
- R2C workshops invoicing/workshop invoicing
- Filing
- Reports
- General Office duties
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 07.15 - 17.00
Rate of Pay: £28,000 per annum
Job type: Temporary
Working pattern: on-site
