The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Technical Account Manager to join a high-profile commercial site in West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically qualified engineering professional with strong leadership and client management experience to oversee the delivery of engineering services within a complex and operationally critical environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 9 engineers, ensuring service excellence, technical compliance, and the reliable operation of critical building infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of 9 engineers.
  • Ensure all engineering services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Drive compliance with statutory regulations and health & safety requirements.
  • Manage specialist subcontractors and service providers.
  • Monitor contract performance, KPIs, and service delivery standards.
  • Support budget management and reporting.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements.
  • Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience within a senior Facilities Management, Engineering Management, or Technical Account Management role.
  • Strong electrical engineering background.
  • Experience managing engineering teams within a hard FM environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and health & safety legislation.
  • Commercially aware with experience managing service delivery and contract performance.
