Our client, a leading global shipping and logistics organisation, is seeking a skilled Fleet Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop in Abingdon. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional with a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repairs. The Fleet Vehicle Technician will be responsible for maintaining a diverse fleet, including light vans, tractor units, trailers, and an increasing number of electric and hybrid vehicles, ensuring safety, performance, and compliance.
Starting salary up to £38,355 per annum, with overtime paid at time and a half. Signing-on bonus upon commencement. 25 days holiday plus eight bank holidays, with options for lieu days or double pay. Duties as a Fleet Vehicle Technician:
- Servicing vehicles through routine checks and maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines.

- Working on electric and hybrid vehicle systems, including medical equipment, with full training provided.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations in the workshop.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in light or heavy vehicle maintenance.
