Griffiths are looking for Quantity Surveyors to join our growing Commercial team and play a key role in delivering major infrastructure projects across South Wales.

Overview
The role will support the commercial management of allocated projects, ensuring the timely production and submission of financial information, managing contracts and subcontractors, supporting project delivery, and contributing to the achievement of project performance targets.
The role involves working closely with commercial and operational teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors while maintaining compliance with company procedures, contract requirements, health and safety standards, and company values.
Responsibilites/Duties
- Manage the commercial and financial aspects of allocated projects.
- Prepare and submit payment applications, cost reports, forecasts and cashflows.
- Support contract administration, change management and subcontract management activities.
- Monitor project performance, costs and profitability, contributing to the achievement of project targets.
- Maintain accurate project records and commercial documentation.
- Attend client and project meetings and build effective working relationships.
- Support procurement, cost planning and tender activities where required.
- Promote compliance with health and safety standards, company procedures and values.
- Provide commercial support to project teams and assist with the development of colleagues where appropriate.
- Contribute to sustainability, inclusion and continuous improvement across projects.
