Your mission at Allsaved is to help maintain and strengthen our reputation for exceptional safety, compliance, and service. This role is essential in ensuring our sites, teams, and contractors meet the highest health, safety, and quality standards while supporting our commitment to continual improvement and ethical, long-term relationships with our clients.

The specific accountabilities of this flexible role may alter from time to time to meet the needs of the business or client. Typical duties will include:

  • Site Visits, Audits and Producing/Reviewing RAMS
    • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with company policies, project specifications, and legal requirements.
    • Identify non-conformities and produce clear, actionable audit reports.
    • Liaise with site teams and contractors to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
    • Develop, review, and update RAMS in line with project requirements.
    • Ensure RAMS accurately reflect the scope of work and are communicated clearly.
    • Collaborate with management, supervisors, and HSE teams to embed a strong safety culture.
    • Provide guidance on safe work practices and assist in incident investigations.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Training Coordination and Administration
    • Book and schedule external training courses.
    • Arrange and manage training agreements, maintaining accurate records.
    • Coordinate specific training requirements (e.g. UKPN and NG ATS Courses), issuing IDs and keys.
  • Fleet and Vehicle Management
    • Ensure vehicles are up-to-date with MOTs, servicing, and maintenance.
    • Monitor staff completion of daily/weekly vehicle inspections.
    • Manage the Vehicle system, including reports and usage analysis.
    • Conduct audits in Simpro to verify records.
    • Maintain control and organisation of vehicle keys.
  • Health & Safety and Compliance
    • Draft and review basic Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
    • Complete and maintain COSHH Assessments, with regular reviews and audits.
    • Review and action airline safety reports.
    • Carry out First Aid Kit inspections and restocks.
    • Monitor and report on employee eLearning progress.
    • Produce and submit monthly SHEQ reports.
    • Manage ladder safety processes, including tagging and reporting.
  • Contractor and Supplier Management
    • Set up new contractors in internal systems with the required documentation.
    • Review contractor information regularly.
    • Maintain and update the Contractor Approval Tracker.
    • Follow up with contractors for updated licences/compliance documents.
    • Onboard new suppliers with full documentation and approvals.
  • General Compliance and Administration
    • Monitor PPE stock levels, place orders, and distribute supplies.
    • Ensure driving licence checks are completed and recorded.
    • Assist with company policy reviews and communication.
  • Accountabilities and Responsibilities
    • Complete and submit reports within the given timeframes.
    • Maintain effective client relationships and provide day-to-day support.
    • Ensure all work is completed on schedule and to quality standards.
    • Uphold Allsaved cross-selling/up-selling standards.
    • Maintain required qualifications and accreditations.
    • Represent the Allsaved brand with high personal and professional standards.
    • Ensure full compliance with all Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety directives.
    • Share best practice and identify continual improvement opportunities.
    • Adhere to company values, policies, procedures, and objectives.
  • Financial Management
    • Adhere to the given budget and expenses policy.
  • People Management
    • Maintain personal development paperwork in line with Allsaved’s Performance Management framework.
  • Internal Risk / Quality Management
    • Report and address areas of non-compliance effectively.

The role covers UK-wide operations, so travel to different locations and overnight stays will be required (expenses covered). All necessary plant, equipment, site training, and PPE will be provided.

  • Level of Knowledge
    • Essential: Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
    • Essential: Strong IT knowledge and confidence using management systems and devices, including handheld computers
  • Qualifications
    • Essential: NEBOSH General Certificate / NCRQ Certificate or equivalent
    • Essential: Full Driving Licence
    • Desirable: Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14000, 45001
    • Desirable: Emergency First Aid at Work
