Your mission as a BAFE SP205 Auditor at Allsaved is to help uphold and improve fire safety standards across the industry. You will assess the organisation's delivery of Fire Risk Assessment services, ensuring compliance with legislation, PAS 79 methodology, and the BAFE SP205 Life Safety Fire Risk Assessment Scheme. Your work will directly support competence, quality assurance, and high standards in fire risk management.
We are seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor with auditing competence to join our technical compliance team. In this role, you will:
- Conduct on-site and remote audits of Allsaved undertaking Fire Risk Assessments
- Review FRA reports to confirm suitability, quality, and compliance with PAS 79 and legal requirements
- Assess competence, training records, and quality systems within operational teams
- Compile clear audit reports identifying non-conformities and improvement actions
- Follow up corrective actions and support assessors through improvement conversations
- Maintain awareness of fire safety legislation, standards, BAFE scheme updates and industry best practice
- Communicate outcomes professionally to team leaders and senior stakeholders
This position plays an integral role in maintaining certification, raising technical standards, and supporting continuous improvement across the sector.

Your profile
We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and proven FRA experience.
Required
- Qualified and experienced Fire Risk Assessor
- Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and PAS 79 methodology
- Audit / quality / compliance experience
- Excellent report writing capability
- Able to work independently while managing multiple assessments
- Professional and confident in engaging with clients and assessors
Desirable
- Lead Auditor qualification (e.g. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor)
- Membership / registration with IFE, IFSM, FRACS or similar
- Experience working with or for a UKAS-accredited certification body
