Due to the development of a Speech, Language and Communication Inclusion Base in school, we are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Inclusion Base Teacher and SENCO to join our dedicated team. This is a class based role with designated non contact time for SENCO and leadership responsibilities. SEN leadership duties are shared with a co‑SENCO, requiring strong teamwork and communication.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is an outstanding, passionate, and highly effective teacher
- Is an experienced SENCO
- Is committed to raising standards through a broad and balanced curriculum, with a proven ability to personalise learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Has experience working across all primary phases
- Demonstrates high expectations of both behaviour and achievement for every child
- Has strong experience supporting pupils with special educational needs
- Is able to nurture, support, motivate, and challenge learners effectively
- Works collaboratively and builds positive, professional relationships with all stakeholders
- Is prepared to take a full and active role in all aspects of school life, supporting and promoting the school’s inclusive ethos
