The Governing Body would like to recruit a temporary Classroom Support Assistant to join our school. Our priority is to find a patient, inspirational and creative person to support in Key Stage 2.
The Successful Applicant will:
- Have high expectations of all pupils and a strong commitment to supporting continuous school improvement.
- Have essential experience of working with Year 6 pupils and a strong understanding of the specific needs, expectations and challenges of children in their final year of primary school.
- Be confident and experienced in supporting Year 6 pupils in their learning, progress and preparation for the transition to secondary school.
- Have a clear understanding of the role of a Classroom Assistant and the ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team.
- Be passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, and be able to model and promote high standards of classroom practice.
- Be committed to supporting and promoting the school’s strong Catholic ethos and values.
