Stylist (Temporary Part Time 24 Hours) Selfridges Bullring
At AllSaints we are in the business of feelings – making our customers feel cool and confident. We are a global brand with a diverse team that creates sustainable products in-house and with selected artisans worldwide. We are looking for temporary stylists to join our team across several iconic store locations for the festive season. This role offers a great springboard for your career with AllSaints.
You’ll receive full training on our brand, processes and systems to set you up for success. You’ll join some of the best teams in the industry, working with supportive colleagues in a fun and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Work across all aspects of the store, from serving and styling customers at tills and fitting rooms to unpacking and processing products backstage.
- Spend the majority of your time on the shop floor – a varied, fast‑paced and fun environment.
- Style customers in our latest collections, sharing detailed product knowledge and providing an exceptional brand experience.
- Actively maintain the store’s aesthetic; ensure product is readily available and floor sets and standards are upheld.
- Replenish stock, handle deliveries and process digital orders, using our digital tools to support a positive customer journey.
- Make service decisions to resolve customers’ issues whilst retaining loyalty and trust.
- Put the customer at the heart of everything, working as one AllSaints team to achieve the best result.
- Support housekeeping and maintain staff areas to the highest expectation, showing pride in surroundings.
About the Location
Our concession in Selfridges, Bullring Birmingham opened in 2006. The store usually trades from 10:00 am – 20:00 pm (subject to seasonal change). It is approximately a ten‑minute journey from Birmingham New Street station.
