The Meadowhall concept store in Sheffield has been open since 2017 and typically trades from 10:00am to 21:00pm (subject to seasonal changes). Our team works together in a fast-paced environment and embraces a fun, collaborative culture.
The Role
THE ROLE – You are the fundamental link between our products and customers. The majority of the day will be on the shop floor, styling and influencing customers, with opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, store operations and personal shopping. You will work closely with the management team to support the store in reaching its targets, sell our collections and ensure the store looks fabulous at all times. You will receive training tools and product knowledge to learn and develop in a brand that offers progression opportunities.
Responsibilities
- On the shop floor, style customers across Busy shop floors and influence purchasing decisions while providing an exceptional brand experience.
- Maintain the storeβs aesthetic; ensure product availability and uphold floor sets and standards at all times.
- Stock replenishment, deliveries and digital orders as part of daily duties, using digital tools to support a positive customer journey.
- Make service decisions to resolve customer issues while retaining loyalty and trust.
- Put the customer at the heart of all actions and work as one AllSaints team to achieve the best results.
- Greet customers and tailor your approach to their visit purpose.
- Maintain housekeeping and keep staff areas at a high standard.
- Support and observe peers, seek feedback for growth and development.
