Responsibilities
- As an AllSaints Stylist, you are the fundamental link between our products and customers.
- The majority of the day will be spent on the shop floor, styling and influencing customers across busy shop floors, with opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, general store operations and personal shopping.
- Work closely with the management team, supporting the store in reaching targets, selling our collections to customers and ensuring stores look fabulous at all times.
- Receive training tools and product knowledge and develop in a brand where opportunities to progress are available.
What will I be doing?
- Spend the majority of time on the shop floor in a fast-paced, varied and enjoyable environment.
- Style customers in latest collections, sharing detailed product knowledge and providing an exceptional brand experience.
- Actively maintain the store’s aesthetic, ensuring product is readily available and floor sets and standards are upheld.
- Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries and digital orders, using digital tools to support a positive customer journey.
- Empower service decisions to resolve customer issues while retaining loyalty and trust.
- Put the customer at the heart of everything you do and work as one AllSaints team to achieve the best result.
- Greet customers and tailor your approach to support the purpose of their visit.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure staff areas are kept to a high standard.
- Work as one team, support peers, and seek feedback to support growth and development.

About the location
Our standalone store in Cardiff, Wales has been open since 2009 and usually trades from 09:00 to 20:00 (subject to seasonal change). Located near Cardiff Castle, the team is passionate about fashion and aims to share this with customers. Store location: approximately a 20 minute journey from Cardiff Central station.
