Overview
Stylist (16 hours per week) - London, Jack\'s Place at AllSaints. The AllSaints team is looking for a stylist who can connect our products with customers on the shop floor, contribute to visual merchandising and store operations, and help deliver a great brand experience.
Responsibilities
- As an AllSaints Stylist, you are the fundamental link between our products and customers.
- Spend the majority of the day on the shop floor styling and influencing customers, with opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, general store operations and personal shopping.
- Work closely with management to support the store in reaching targets, selling our collections, and maintaining an attractive store appearance.
- Utilise training tools and product knowledge to learn and develop within the brand, with opportunities for progression.
- Style customers in latest collections, share product knowledge, and provide an exceptional brand experience.
- Maintain the store’s aesthetic, ensure product availability, and uphold floor sets and standards.
- Handle stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders, using in-store digital tools to support the customer journey.
- Make service decisions to resolve customer issues while retaining loyalty and trust.
- Put the customer at the heart of all actions and work as a unified AllSaints team to achieve the best results.
- Greet customers on arrival and tailor approach to their visit.
- Maintain housekeeping and staff areas to high standards.
- Support and observe peers, seek feedback to support growth and development.
