THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to join the Performance Marketing team to lead growth across paid channels (PPC, Paid Social & Display).

As Senior Paid Media Manager, you will be supporting the Head of Performance Marketing in strategising, delivering and managing multi million £ paid channel campaigns across UK, US, Europe and Rest of the World.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Supporting the Head of Performance Marketing in driving channel growth strategies and best practices
  • Setting the paid media strategy for the year, in line with wider business objectives.
  • Day to day management of the PPC and Display channels whilst overseeing the management of Paid Social.
  • Development and management of Paid Social Manager, supporting their day-to-day activity, setting budgets and strategies and ensuring the channel is running at best practice.
  • Management of Paid Media agency through campaign optimisation, budget and target reviews, campaign briefing, coordination of briefs and assets
  • Responsible for channels achieving targets, working to achieve results and adhere to best practices to maximise return on ad spend in line with our targets and initiatives
  • Supporting the Head of Performance Marketing in budget management and forecasting and setting Paid Media specific budgets and targets for the year.
  • Working closely and building solid working relationships with agency account directors, managers and executives as well as representatives from Meta, Google, Microsoft, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Weekly and period reporting using Big Query, GA4 and platform data, presenting to the Head of Performance Marketing, digital teams and senior management.
  • Being on top of all internal communications and searching for any content opportunities that can be promoted
  • Forward planning campaigns and asset briefing to ensure all campaigns are approved and ready to go live on time
  • Working closely with trade, CRM, organic, brand marketing, content, design, customer experience and dev teams, ensuring all activity is commercially focused and in line with the business trading plan.
  • Managing our feed management agency to optimise and improve the product feed which runs across all paid channels
  • Planning and leading A/B test of ad copy, creative and optimisation across all paid channels
  • Coordinating ad hoc growth projects internally and with external agencies
  • Keeping up to date with industry updates, trends and best practices, ensuring AllSaints is at the forefront of channel developments

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • Proven experience in biddable based media buying; PPC, Paid Social & Display
  • Experienced in managing an agency on aggressive growth targets
  • Working with large budgets with aggressive growth targets
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Centre, GA4, Meta, TikTok & Pinterest
  • Have test and learn mentality and experience conducting and reporting on tests
  • Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
  • High standards of numeracy and literacy
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong use of initiative and proactivity
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience using Data Studio and Funnel preferable
