A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an environmental, social and governance senior social coordinator to join the sourcing team at AllSaints. In this role you will support the ESG Manager to ensure AllSaints continually develops its corporate reputation on Supply Chain, Ethical & Environmental responsibility and sustainability agenda both internally and externally, whilst delivering long term brand value, improving the reputation of AllSaints across its stakeholders, suppliers, customers & employees.
Sourcing is at the heart of our business. The ESG team is made up of 3 members reporting to the Global Responsible Sourcing & Supplier Relations Director.
Responsibilities
- Working with the ESG Manager to support supplier introduction, onboarding, and ongoing initiatives.
- Monitor social onboarding of all new suppliers for AllSaints and John Varvatos.
- Monitor the supply chain ensuring all supplier audits are valid for AllSaints and John Varvatos.
- Manage all non-compliances, ensuring they are completed within their due dates.
- Data analysis on non-compliance to understand risk and opportunity.
- Support ethical trade improvement initiatives, including supplier performance tracking, scorecards, and pilot projects.
- Regularly connect with our suppliers challenging them for improved performance where required.
- Manage the BEPI program for all Suppliers connected to Amfori, identifying improvements and opportunities.
- Work closely with the ESG Manager to ensure internal documents and training is up to date and communicated effectively.
- Work within our social platform Origin, to record supplier information and recommend improvements where required.
- Maintain ESG platforms and manage relationships with external stakeholders (e.g. Sedex, Amfori, Origin, Everyone’s Business).
- Support engagement with external stakeholders such as industry bodies, platforms, and NGOs as required.
- Support compliance activities relating to relevant legislation such as, UK Modern Slavery Act, UFLPA and emerging EU due diligence requirements.
- Assist with maintaining ethical trade policies, supplier codes of conduct, related documentation and assist in the drafting of related processes.
- Act as a point of contact for ethical trade queries from internal teams, providing regular and important updates through our internal Haiilo platform and updating the resources in the ESG HUB.
