THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented retoucher to help support the retouch team with our daily uploads for ecommerce and our seasonal creative imagery. The team assists with ad hoc requests from the wider business including colour changes and various image amendments, as well as additional projects such as seasonal Lookbooks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and has a proven track record for delivering flawless imagery. This is a hybrid role, up to 2 days working from home per week.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Reporting to the Retouch Manager and supporting the in house retouch team, you will deliver on daily e-commerce retouching.
- You will have the ability to retouch a high volume of imagery, meeting high standards, adapting to the AllSaints guidelines, working across model, still life and flatlay imagery using accurate colour correction techniques.
- Will pay a key role in ensuring all image assets are retouched to a high standard and uploaded on time.
- Creative retouching - We are involved with the retouching of creative projects which occur seasonally throughout the year. This involves (but is not limited to) advanced skin retouching, image extensions, comping and grading.
- Assist with the post production upload process, ensuring everything is promptly in our Digital Asset Management tool for the Digital Team to populate imagery onto the site.
- Keeping up to date with Ai trends and how they operate within Photoshop.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Proficient in adobe photoshop and bridge.
- Understanding of, and comfortable creating actions.
- Experience in high volume e-commerce retouching.
- Experience in editorial/creative retouching projects.
- Keen eye for colour and matching to real life samples.
- Proficient in using Wacom tablets.
- Experience in working in a face paced / studio environment.
- Familiar with Google Sheets.
- Experience in Capture One desired but not essential.
