We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Field Visual Merchandiser to join our team on a 12-month fixed‑term contract. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the visual merchandising strategy for our stores in the north of England. You will be responsible for bringing our brand's story to life on the shop floor and you will play a key part in supporting our in‑store teams to execute brand guidelines, and to elevate the overall customer shopping experience to drive regional sales.
This role forms part of our Head Office team and is field based. You will report into the VM Manager for the UK & EU. Store visits will be part of this role, with most of your time spent in our stores. Some travel is expected but typically limited to a couple of days per week.
- Equip retail management within the region with the knowledge and skills to execute VM and display in their stores.
- Provide regular and thorough remote feedback to the regions on VM execution and display.
- Deliver focused and targeted VM training on Brand VM Guidelines and expectations on standards.
- Partner with District Managers to identify areas of commercial and visual opportunity within the region and offer achievable solutions to elevate the visual proposition and drive sales.
- Feedback on store visual execution to the VM Manager UK & EU and relevant District Manager.
- Support with the opening of new stores and concessions in the region.
- Must have in‑depth and up to date knowledge of product and sales performance across the region.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our standalone store in Manchester's Trafford Centre has been open since 2007. Supported by a team of 35 selling menswear and womenswear collections across one level and 5,000 sqft. Usually trading from 10.00 in the morning until 22.00 in the evening (subject to seasonal change). Store Location: Approximately a 20 minute journey from Manchester Piccadilly station.
