THE ROLE

Reporting to the Executive Producer, the Junior Producer acts as a key facilitator ensuring the EP can effectively and efficiently run the AllSaints yearly production slate of shoots and events. This highly efficient role is designed to support the Executive Producer across all campaign and editorial productions, while also working alongside the E-commerce Studio Manager on model bookings. From time to time, the Creative Producer will need to lead social-first projects in support of the social media team. The role also involves managing a high volume of ad hoc production requests, so the successful candidate must be highly organised, exceptionally detail-oriented, and able to switch seamlessly between multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Assisting the Executive Producer
    • Provide proactive support to the Executive Producer across all campaign and editorial shoots. As well as leading on some editorial shoots when requested.
    • Hold studios, liaise with photographers, stylists, talent agencies and wider creative teams, book catering, submit equipment lists, and coordinate all production logistics as directed by the EP.
    • Anticipate production needs, ensuring no detail is overlooked and deadlines are consistently met.
    • Prepare accurate, comprehensive call sheets, shoot schedules and production paperwork in a timely manner for the EP to review before distribution.
    • Ensure all documentation is meticulously checked, clearly communicated and kept up to date as production plans evolve.
  • On-Set Support
    • Attend shoots where required, providing hands-on production support to ensure shoots run efficiently, on schedule and to the highest standard.
    • Act as a reliable point of contact for crew, talent and suppliers, resolving issues proactively as they arise.
  • Finance & Job Wrap
    • Take ownership of the full job wrap process across all productions.
    • Ensure all suppliers are correctly set up with Finance, purchase orders are raised, invoices are received and reconciled, and final budgets accurately reflect all production costs.
    • Follow up proactively with internal teams and suppliers to ensure financial administration is completed promptly and accurately.
    • Provide ad hoc support to the Executive Producer and wider production team during busy periods, assisting with day-to-day studio operations and production requirements.
    • Own the procurement and safe keeping of all samples required for shooting, including their safe travel to and from set.
  • E-commerce
    • Manage model bookings for the AllSaints e-commerce studio, working closely with the E-commerce studio lead to ensure bookings are accurate, cost-effective and aligned with the shooting schedule.
    • Work closely with the studio coordinator to map out the weekly studio requirements across bookings.
  • Social Production
    • Support the Social team by providing production expertise for social-first content shoots, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining production quality and brand standards.
