The Role
We are expanding our Footwear Team and need a Sales Administrator to support our UK/EU Wholesale & Franchise customers. This role focuses on end‑to‑end order management, wholesale inventory tracking, and timely commercial analysis, helping us accelerate growth in this high‑potential category.
What will I be doing?
- Support the day‑to‑day management of accounts
- Assist with monthly business meetings with accounts and the Sales Manager to review performance
- Prepare business snapshots before market week, take orders during market, and consolidate feedback; handle order entry, confirmations, and follow‑up
- Set up new accounts and manage the end‑to‑end process, coordinating compliance and shipping with the DC
- Maintain orderbook entries and weekly reports on shipping status; own the shipping process with the DC
- Compile weekly figures
