Reporting to the Senior Digital Trading Manager or Digital Trading Manager, we seek an enthusiastic, detail‐oriented Assistant Digital Trading Manager to support online trading activities and contribute to the success of AllSaints.com. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in digital trading within a dynamic e‐commerce environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Digital Trading Manager in executing the online trading strategy and campaigns.
  • Implement site merchandising plans across navigation, category pages, internal search, and product recommendations.
  • Lead the onsite execution of campaigns, brand and promotional strategies, collaborating with Performance Marketing, CRM and B&A teams to improve sales and KPIs.
  • Monitor daily and weekly website performance, provide initial analysis, highlight key trends, and contribute to daily, weekly, and seasonal trading reports.
  • Analyze key business drivers, produce action plans to meet sales targets and optimise opportunities.
  • Assist in website data analysis to identify customer behaviour trends and product performance.
  • Weekly monitor bestsellers, take action to improve performance and conversion, and optimise markets by regional differences.
  • Contribute to performance reviews, ensuring collaboration across stakeholders and incorporating insights into future forecasts.
  • Execute online trading events, set up promotional tactics and codes, and maintain site readiness and accurate product placement.
  • Analyse seasonal sales patterns to enhance brand awareness and report on customer and competitor behaviour.
  • Understand European and international markets, promotional restrictions and trading laws.
  • Support the optimisation of onsite search functionality and salesforce sorting rules to enhance conversion.
  • Own analysis of site navigation, customer journeys and product placement, identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Plan and execute site content updates and campaign deployments aligning with trading priorities.
  • Collaborate with the SEO Manager to support organic traffic strategies and online edits for site visibility.
  • Own delivery and returns communication proposition on site.
  • Build relationships with cross‐functional teams (Performance Marketing, CRM, Analytics, CRO) for a unified online approach.
  • Manage and develop the Digital Trading Assistant, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient execution.
  • Support the wider team in achieving online sales targets and KPIs, ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
