The Role
As a floor manager, you will support the brand leader and store team in delivering outstanding in‑store and online service. Your responsibilities include managing the store’s daily operations, coaching the stylist team, and handling first‑line customer enquiries through the online customer service system.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Spend the majority of the day on the shop floor, trading with stylist teams and ensuring smooth processes.
- Oversee and support stylists with first‑line customer queries via email, chat, and calls.
- Partner with the customer experience team to manage KPIs and SLAs for online support.
- Serve as an expert ambassador for AllSaints products, inspiring customers and team members.
- Maintain commercial focus by ensuring products are showcased following guidelines and best‑selling items are highlighted.
- Accountable for day‑to‑day store operations and team deployment.
- Collaborate with management to exceed store targets and KPIs.
- Proactively manage people matters, including return‑to‑work interviews and performance reviews.
