As Head of Talent Development, Engagement & Learning, you will shape the future of how our people grow, thrive, and succeed at AllSaints. Partnering closely with our Chief People Officer and the People & Culture Senior Leadership Team, you will lead a global strategy that unlocks potential, builds capability, and drives performance—today and for the future. Through bold, innovative thinking and thoughtful execution, you’ll design and deliver world-class learning and development initiatives that empower our teams to stretch, evolve, and lead with confidence. You’ll champion a culture of curiosity, growth mindset, and continuous learning, creating an environment where colleagues feel inspired, engaged, and equipped to deliver exceptional results for themselves, each other, and our brand. This is a role for an individual who believes in the power of people and learning as a true competitive advantage.
This role sits within the People & Culture Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to our Chief People Officer. You’ll be based at our East London Studio (ELS) in Spitalfields, working at the heart of our creative and cultural hub.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, evolve, and deliver a future-focused global learning, talent, and development plan aligned to our brand vision and business ambitions (Talent Utopia).
- Partner with senior leaders across the brand to identify critical skill gaps and future capabilities.
- Embed a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and growth mindset at every level of the organisation.
- Create inspiring, engaging, and innovative learning activations that resonate with all colleagues globally.
- Oversee the end-to-end design, delivery, and evaluation of training programmes, workshops, and digital learning experiences.
- Ensure all learning initiatives are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with our brand ethos and inclusion commitments.
- Measure impact through clear metrics, delivering sustainable and inclusive ROI on learning investments.
- Lead global talent identification and succession planning to build a strong, diverse leadership pipeline.
- Own the annual employee engagement survey—driving participation, insight, and meaningful action.
- Partner with People Partners and business leaders to create bespoke development plans and clear career pathways.
- Design and deliver leadership programmes for current and future leaders across retail and studio teams.
- Act as a coach and mentor to leaders within the brand, supporting their personal and professional growth.
- Stay ahead of trends and innovation in learning and talent development to continuously elevate our approach.
- Manage the learning and development budget with commercial rigour and clear return on investment.

About The Location
