Store Manager - Glasgow Silverburn

Overview Retail Talent Acquisition Advisor at All Saints. AllSaints is a global brand with a diverse team dedicated to delivering an exceptional brand experience and sustainable standards in products designed in house and produced by partners around the world. The role supports the brand leader and store team in delivering in-store and online service, and provides leadership to stylist team members responding to first-line customer enquiries via the online customer service system.
Responsibilities Equip and incentivise the team with product knowledge, brand strategies and people updates to deliver an inspiring in-store and online customer experience
Support the brand leader in the development of the team; recognise achievements and identify areas for improvement
Support planning and delivery of monthly floor sets, promote new collections and drive sales across product categories
Use reporting technologies to evaluate daily performance, maximise trade opportunities, and identify risks early with pace
Provide leadership and support to stylist team members with first-line customer queries via emails, chats, and calls across multiple topics relating to product and customer orders
Ensure floor management and stylist teams are ready to impress customers, showcasing achievements and team pride on public platforms
Handle employee-related matters in-store in collaboration with the brand leader, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
Qualifications / Skills Strong leadership; ability to get the best from the team and inspire customers

Relationship management skills with the ability to influence partners and create an inviting environment for teams and customers
Tenacity and belief to succeed; capability to work toward challenging targets and deadlines

About the Location Our standalone store in Glasgow Silverburn opened in April 2024 and typically trades from 10:00 to 21:00 (subject to seasonal changes). Store location is approximately a 20-minute drive from Glasgow City Centre.
