THE ROLE

As a Finance Analyst - Retail & Operations you will report directly into the Finance Manager – Retail & Operations. You will have a background in retail, a natural when it comes to using excel, and provide guidance to help AllSaints manage profitability and costs within all aspects of the business. You will be preparing weekly reports which are shared amongst Retail management, Sourcing, Directors throughout the business, and Executive Team.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Assist in the production regularly issued sales & KPI reports and communication to the global organization. This includes daily weekly, monthly, & annual reports.
  • Support the District Managers and Heads of Retail providing regular insights on their performance and act as a key point of contact for sales and KPIs information.
  • Help set up tracking for store performance included in incentive programs.
  • Run store P&Ls and sales per square ft reports along with any other analysis to inform store feasibilities and lease renewals.
  • Support the budgeting and planning process for retail organisation and look for improvements in modelling to support analysis and decision making.
  • Ownership of the stores wages tracker commenting on variances to budget and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the wider finance team and AllSaints organization with adhoc reports and analysis.
  • Excellent exposure to the business, learning in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

  • A background in retail would be ideal.
  • Excellent Excel skills to build reporting and complex financial models.
  • Exposure to Netsuite or similar financial reporting platform.
  • You think with an analytically mind and have a head for numbers.
  • Provide creative solutions to get information out of large data sets.
  • A meticulous eye for detail with an innate ability to organize.
  • Always taking that ‘extra step’ to tackle a problem.
  • Independent proactive approach to working with the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
